2025 CMG Convention Sponsor Application
For the first time since our inception, Commercial Movers Group will host a convention in Orlando, Florida. It will take place March 9-11, 2025 at the Rosen Centre, 9840 International Drive, Orlando, FL. 32819. We welcome vendors to join us as sponsors, giving them the opportunity to interact with other Commercial Movers Group agents.
The deadline for exhibitors, sponsors, and attendees is Monday, Feb. 3, 2025.

Cost of Standard Sponsorship - $2,000.00
- All Sponsorships include a section of a skirted table with 2 chairs, admission for two (2) to all sessions and a link to your company's website from the event website.
- You can display your literature and handouts at your table. Please bring your own signs and banners. We will not use exhibit booths at this convention. (Don’t look so sad)
- Your signs and banners will be displayed in the ballroom during our cocktail receptions, lunches and breakfasts.
- Your hi-res logo (max file 10MB) will used on the convention website and projected on the big screen during breaks and when you are speaking to the agents.
- You will have an opportunity during breaks and on Monday between 4:00 – 5:00 to meet the agents face to face.

Payment Information
Once application is submitted, someone will contact you for payment information.
Cancellations made before February 3, 2025 will be refunded at 50 percent of the original payment amount. No refunds will be made after February 3, 2025. If Commercial Movers Group cancels the program for any reason, maximum liability is a full registration refund. Commercial Movers Group not responsible for travel, hotel or other expenses.
